The application was developed to enable UAE Nationals, GCC citizens, and expatriate residents to avail key Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA) services, namely:

•申請續訂身份證

•申請新的身份證

•申請更換身份證

•跟踪應用程序

總體目標是為用戶提供另一種模式或渠道，以有效，及時地向EIDA註冊個人信息的強制性要求。設定了這些服務的具體目標，例如簡化申請流程，即減少個人提交申請所需的時間；並簡化與個人數據輸入和附件形式的數據字段數量。
