New Madiun City E-performance
The Madiun City Government is currently making improvements in the remuneration system within its organization. This is considered important because the city government wants to appreciate members of the organization who have been loyal and worked hard to build the organization, of course, they must get a fair award with reference to their contribution to the organization. This fair award will encourage the spirit and quality of employee work and in the end will have an impact on the professionalism of the Madiun City Government.
With the performance application, employees can assess work behavior among employees and report daily activities to their superiors directly without being limited by place and time. So that the assessment of employee performance both by superiors and fellow employees can be done easily.
